The implementation project of an advanced building management and automation system for Zagrebačka banka  has been successfully completed. The project included the integration of the central SIEMENS Desigo  BMS platform, which manages all key building functions according to predefined operating scenarios and the branch’s working schedule.

The system enables centralized and efficient control of heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and other technical building systems, while ensuring a high level of automation and operational reliability. Through precisely defined operating scenarios, an optimal level of comfort for building users has been achieved, alongside reduced energy consumption and improved operational efficiency.

By implementing the SIEMENS Desigo BMS platform, a modern and flexible infrastructure was established, allowing easy management, real-time system monitoring, and adaptability to future user and facility requirements.

With this project, we once again confirm our expertise in implementing advanced automation systems and intelligent management solutions for commercial buildings.
